The 3CX15000H3 is a forced air cooled, ceramic—metal medium-mu power triode containing a thoriated tungsten carbide cathode, which can be installed directly on the industrial heating service as it is equipped with the flexible filament lead.
The tube is used mianly in industrial oscillator of which the frequecy is from low frequecy to rather-low frequency (30kHz-90MHz), and also used in modulator of AM broadcast or linear amplifier.
